When they reached the cafe the girls ran into the back room and changed before going into the kitchen. "Mina, I want you to help in the kitchen." Ryu said as soon as they got in.
"Huh, why?" she asked, surprised.
"Keiichiro took vacation leave." he replied, "Oh, and it's nice to see you two early for a change." After that Itchigo went out and waited on people while Mina was left to work in the kitchen with Ryu.
"Where did he go?" Mina asked Ryu as she made some food.
"No clue, he just took off without saying anything except that I should have you help in the kitchen." Ryu told her. Mina looked away from him, busying herself with something else. After a little while Ryu sighed and walked over to Mina, then he carefully pulled her hair back while she was working, making her tense up, and he tied it up with a ribbon.
"We could get in trouble if your hair somehow got into the food." he said as he got back to work.

Mina said nothing, but turned red and continued working. Ryu also continued working, but kept glancing at Mina every now and then.
