New town and life

"Well i still not used to be open about who i am" Arukae said and shot arrows to hold Yavanni down since they were connected to roots that were really strong.

Mina let the elements dance on the blade of her Katana as she quickly jumped around in a dance-like pattern, eventually driving the blade into Yavanni's chest.she removed the blade and ran across Yavanni's back to reach the others. She made she the five of them were safe before turning to make sure Arukae hadn't gotten himself killed.

Arukae was watching and decied it was his turn to help other in so he brought out a wooden flute and summoned an earth guardian to hold Yavanni while Mina did what she needed to do.

The Elders watched, quite interested in the battle taking place, and the Head Elder made note of the conflicting emotions that kept flashing across Mina's face as she threw attacks that would have killed any normal creature until the alien parasite left Yavanni and she returned to her normal form. They also noticed as Mina helped the human girls get up.

"You girls ok?" Mina asked.

"Yeah, I think we'll be fine." Lettuce replied as they transformed back to normal.

"Why was that one so strong?" Itchigo and Mint both asked.

"Because the parasite infected Yavanni who has had special training. It made her stronger than usual." Mina replied. The girls shook their heads as Yavanni came playfully prancing up to them.

"Well, if hadn't been for you and Arukae we'd be toast." Pudding pointed out. Just then Ryu came running up to them, out of breath.

"What...happened?" he asked as he caught his breath.

[arukae]

"Mina shall you explain or shall i" Arukae said out of breath.

[Otaku Gal]

Mina looked up and saw the Elders, then looked at Ryu. "I'll explain it all later. Just get the girls home. We've got a mess to clean up from the Homeland...." Mina said quietly. She looked at Arukae and told him that they had better get things cleared up with the Elders.

Arukae headed back with Mina becasue they did have some explaining to do.

[Otaku Gal]

"You say they do not know your true nature, yet you openly show it." the Head Elder said as Mina reached them. "How can you say that they don't know?"

"Sir, the six you saw are not technically human anymore. They are something different." Mina replied respectfully.

"Do they know of your true nature? Do they know you are an Elf?" he asked.

"Yes sir, they do. They know it and they both accept it and accept me." Mina told him, her eyes flashing dangerously, "And if anything were to happen to them I would take it upon myself to take care of the problem no matter its nature."

"Explain how they are 'different."

"Simple, each of their DNA is combined with that of a creature. For example, the girl in the pink with the cat ears and tail is fused with the Iriomote Wildcat and the boy, Ryu, is also fused with a cat." Mina explained.

"I think you should both come back with us. It is too dangerous here." the Head Elder said. Yavanni started growling after that and Mina stood her ground, eyes flashing.

"Well i am not going back i like it here and will help the girls at anytime needed" Arukae said while leaning against a wall.

[Otaku Gal]

Mina smiled a little. "You two have been here too long. You have become corrupted by these lesser beings." the Head Elder said, "And I have heard that you are both attending a human school, which is just completely unacceptable."

"Just drop it. I'll lose my ties to the Elven Realm if that's what it takes to get you to drop the subject of us leaving. What part of 'we ain't leaving here' don't you understand?" Mina snapped, "I'm not leaving, and there is absolutely no way you can make me, and Arukae just said he wants to stay too." The Elder motioned and one of the young warriors came through a portal.

"Find the human boy at the Cafe Mew Mew with short, blonde hair and bring him here." the Elder ordered. Fire started dancing around Mina.

"You touch him and I'll dispose of you." she said coldly.

[arukae]

Arukae instantly put up a barrier of earth around the cafe that only he could see "I got this one Mina. We like it here and we are helping the girls out and training at the same time so what is the problem with us being around the girls" Arukae said.

[Otaku Gal]

"They are humans and by associating with them you are degrading your--" the Head Elder started.

"That's a bunch of bull that you feed the weaklings in the Elven Realm. The Elven Realm is a peaches, cream, and roses, isn't it? Not a single time has any of the younger generation had to fight for their life. You're just upset because the two of us here are probably ten times stronger than the majority of the Elven Warriors combined because we have to fight almost daily to be able to continue living!" Mina shouted, the flames around her growing. Yavanni whimpered and ran off towards the house, knowing that Mina was close to completely snapping.

Kusanrei touched her and took the flames from around her so she didn't burn anything.

As soon as the flames were gone she calmed down a little, but not very much.

"I would have to agree on that one. I bet none of the Warriors could touch us in a fight" Arukae stated.
